Of course I was waiting for a real usability article for a while and I like the fact that you took the approach of past, current and future actions. As an interaction designer I feel that every project that has a strong end user focus should include at least an interaction designer and I think your article also is an advocate for this as you hand out the tools for evaluating your work rather than doing it right at once.
