Imho improvement in this case can come from two directions: bottom-up, the developer or it&#039;s company, or top-down (the publisher). Both shouldn&#039;t settle with the bare minimum. In this situation there&#039;s of course the revenue of banners to complicate matters.

I admit that a sunny friday afternoon isn&#039;t the best time to achieve such mentallity change though.</description>

		<description>They are probably happy that they&#039;ve managed te get it to look properly. 
In my experience those Ad-placement people are not as flexible as you&#039;d like when it comes to getting the html/js exactly as you want it.

My guess is that they only have one ad-over-the-site solution and the developer has had to jump through hoops to get it to look as it does here. 

Then it&#039;s friday afternoon, and the nu-links are unclickable, but your co-workers are allready drinking a cold beverage+deep-fried-snack and you think: pfffff, we&#039;ll leave it at this &amp; worry about it on Monday</description>
